The voltage rated value of the fuse must be greater than or equal to the maximum voltage of the disconnect circuit. For example, if the working voltage is 120V, the rated voltage of 250V may be required; because the resistance value of the fuse is very low, the voltage rated value of the fuse is only important when the fuse is tried to melt. When the fuse component is melted, the fuse must be able to disconnect quickly, extinguish the arc, and prevent the open -circuit voltage from triggering the arc again through the disconnected melting component.
When we select the customer, we generally need to know the working voltage of the customer's products. We can recommend the rated voltage of some products to be larger or equal to his actual work voltage.
